Nusakin is a trade name. The seller is the Eenmanszaak behind it, and that is who the contract of sale is with.

Prices are in euros and include VAT. The amount charged is always recomputed on our own server from our own price list, so whatever a browser says, you pay the listed price and no more.

Shipping is €7,00, free over €95. Orders outside the EU may attract duty at the border, paid to the carrier.

Every piece is printed to order. Colours on a screen are not colours on cloth, and a print laid on cotton has a texture a photograph does not. A small variation in placement between one garment and the next is normal for this process.

Where a piece carries an island you chose, what is printed is what the preview showed. Everything under the name is fixed and is shown in full before you buy.

Fourteen days on anything from the collection, under EU distance selling rules, unworn. A piece you built yourself in Make your own is excluded, because it was made to your specification and cannot be sold to anybody else. That exclusion does not apply if the piece is faulty.

Write to hello@nusakin.com. A faulty or wrongly sent piece is remade or refunded, and you will not be out of pocket to return it.

Free shipping applies from €95. If an order is split because part of it is delayed, you are not charged twice.
