Shipping and returns.

Printing and finishing usually takes two to five working days. Busy weeks run longer, and we would rather say so here than promise next-day and miss it.

Everything is printed at a facility in the EU, so an order going to a Dutch address does not cross a border.

Once it leaves the printer: Netherlands and Belgium one to two working days, the rest of the EU two to five. Outside the EU is longer and any duty is charged at the border by the carrier, not by us.

Free shipping over €95. Below that it is €7,00, tracked, and you get the number when it ships.

Fourteen days to change your mind on anything from the collection, under EU distance selling rules, as long as it is unworn. Write first and we will tell you where to send it.

A piece you built yourself in Make your own or Your island is the exception. It was printed to your own choices and nobody else can be sold it, so it cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is something wrong with it: a fault, a misprint, the wrong size sent. Photograph it and write to us.

Tell us within thirty days and we will remake it or refund it. You will not be asked to post a faulty garment back at your own expense.
